aen G.M Sayed addressed a speech in view of new world order. He addressed in the light of new universal system at the place of Nishter Park, Karachi on 17 January 1992. Brothers and Sisters, I have completed 88 years of my life and stepping into 89th year. You people have come in such a huge strength at this capital of Sindh, Karachi to attend the birthday celebrations. i welcome you all from the core of my heart. By looking at past, me and my family have a deep relation with the land of the great civilization of the world. Naturally I have my deep cords attached with my sacred motherland. And due to that eternal love I am interested in the politics, welfare, prosperity and the issue of independence of Sindh. I have been detained and sent to jail on various occasions from the British imperial of the past to the Punjab imperial of present for striving for the progress, prosperity and independence of Sindh. At the start of the century I saw the Sindh joined to the Bombay residency which had not been before in the history. Bombay was much far away as Sindh’s capital city in Bombay residency. And to reach there one has to cross the sea, Rann of Kutchh and desert of Rajasthan. Sindh was neglected all the way in order to make Bombay developed and stronger keeping the imperialistic and trade interests of the English empire. It was felt that the affiliation of Sindh with Bombay was unnatural and it must be separated from Bombay residency after knowing all the facts. And we stared the struggle for the separation of Sindh from Bombay residency and after a long and hard struggle Sindh were finally separated in 1932. But Sindh had to pay a lot for its independence from Bombay. Due to clash among the interests of the English and the opportunistic upper class of Sindhi Hindus on the issue of loans of Sukkur Barrage, we took helped from the fundamental parties of India from whose influence we haven’t get rid of and i don’t know till when we will live under their influence. India was a sub continent. Its different regions have got different atmosphere and peoples of different nations, races, languages and religions used to live. In its different parts, Hindus were in majority and on the other hand Muslims were in majority. In some areas agriculture was dependent on rain and some had latest irrigation system. Some nations were descendents of Darawar race, some were Arya derivatives. There were majority of the people of Darawar and Arya races which were the followers of Hindu religion, despite that, most of its regions were subjugated and ruled by the Arabs, Mughals, and Afghans. And by the time this trend went on and this subjugation was taken over by the English and later on ruled by them. In the history maharaja Ashok, Vikramajeet and the Akbar strived to keep the India united but they failed. Instead English people have achieved great results in uniting the India under their imperialism. With time, movements same into action for the independence of India and English had to give independence. Sindh had remained an independent and sovereign state for long time in the history and English people also subjugated Sindh as an independent and sovereign state. As I have mentioned above Sindh was made the part of Bombay residency by English, we took help from some fundamental parties of India (Muslim league) on some conditions which has led our future darker. Among their conditions, one was league's “ideology of Muslims as a separate nation ". By which the democratic right of stats and our status of separate nation was abandon. Second condition was separate condition of elections. According to that we had to affiliate politics with religion, accept Muslims as a separate nation on the basis of religion and the implementation of Islamic shariah. And unfortunately by the opposition of upper class Hindus on the issue of Sukkur barrage and by accepting the ideology of Muslims as a separate nation, we lost our identity and status of separate nation. Due to which we faced a lot of hardships with the passage of time and had to live under the imperial of Punjab in the name of Pakistan. And still striving to get rid of this fettered freedom. At present we are observing that the world has need of new world order after the diverse effects of two great world wars. At present democracy, block of socialist countries, block of industrialist countries and the United Nations have lost their identity. Pro-communist countries have surrender themselves under the sphere of nationalism. Whereas the industrialist countries have started a new monopoly in the world by taking over the United Nations but changing international conditions are against it. How can these industrialist states can sustain their imposed rule on different parts of the world where a strong and super power Soviet Union was split into pieces due to such conditions. The state of Sindh and Sindhi nation stood ahead of the 70 members of the United Nations in respect of population, boundaries and production. And till when it would be kept subjugated under the false ideologies and power. Why Sindh should remain under slave where the states like Bahrain, Maldives and Brunei are the members of United Nations as independent states. It’s not impossible? Many members are considered to be the part of new world order. We must know that the United Nations came into existence after the devastating outcomes of the two great world wars. Initially without any discrimination four powers of the world were given veto power and the china later on. Accordingly some were made its members and some were deprived from it, but at present it has become failed and non influential organization. actually veto power could had been given to the socialist group of state, industrialist group of states, states of spiritual influence, thickly and thinly populated states instead of five super powers of the world. United nations have become a monopoly of five veto powers i.e.: France, Britain, America, Russia and china at present. And countries like India, Bangladesh and Indonesia having thick population are deprived of the veto powers. That is why new independent states and under developed countries are kept deprived in many aspects in today’s world, in the era of science and technology. it would be best to re constitute the organizational structure of united nations and veto powers must be given to the above mentioned groups of states rather than five monster super powers and before initiating it all the slave nations and states must be given independence so that they can become the members of the particular group of states having veto powers according to their will. in addition, unnatural states like Pakistan which were made according to the vested interests of English must be abolished and states like sindh, Baluchistan, Pakhtonkhuwah and Siraiki must be announced and declared as independent states and must be given them a chance whether to join the group of states rendering spiritual influence like Iran, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, turkey, Egypt and Jordan or group of states comprising India Bangladesh, India, sirilanka, Bhutan Nepal, and Burma. Peace for world: International peace conference was held in 1952 at Vienna. a delegate from Pakistan also attended the conference under the lead of Saen G.M Sayed. He addressed the conference at the head of delegate in the conference. Respected chairman and the the present members! I feel honor to address here as the delegate for peace from Pakistan. Pakistan is a country whose age is hardly five years and I will try to present few facts about it. Pakistan was a part of Indian sub continent before august 14, 1947 and is possible that most of you don’t know much regarding the reasons of his creation. Considering this, I would like to present some facts regarding the new born country. Two massive religious factions used to live in sub continent, Muslims and Hindus. Muslim used to rule most of the Ares before its subjugation by the English. English people started depressing the Muslims and encourages Hindus by his imperialistic polices and Hindus started to become more potential on educational, economical and political grounds. Eventually passion of command over national issues. English took a u-turn and change their policies and started supervising the Muslims. It must be cleared that Muslim were about 1/4 of Hindus in sub-continent. Due to such transition in policies, this created religious intolerance and political turmoil. Such instability went on increasing between the two and finally a stage came where the partition was ultimate decision. on its one part i.e.: Pakistan , Muslim’s biggest party " Muslim league' was given the government and on the other hand i.e.: India, government was made by the Indian national congress. it was very much expected from the decision of 14 august that it has abolish the religious discrimination after the division of sub continent and both the religious populations would lead as prosperous nations on the path of national integrity but unfortunately that partition proved a huge explosive to bring about religious bloodshed in both countries and started a series of no ending sorrows. Ladies and gentlemen! You can estimate from that havoc migration of history that about a million people were killed during the largest and astonishing migration of the history. About 15 million people were forced leave their sacred land of ancestors to migrate to different areas. About two and half lace women were abducted. Millions of properties were destroyed and were forced to leave. many peoples had expectations that people would get lesson from such devastating and strive for peace and joint prosperity but unfortunately I have it accept that despite of prosperity and national life, the people of both the countries are still engaged in thar same game of bloodshed. There are man problems which are basically the cause of all such intolerance and enmity, and such problems are not yet considered to be solved. rehabilitation of refugees, crises of rivers, concerns regarding the properties of those who had left, means of communications and trade problems have to be settled yet and the most complicated and burning is the Kashmir issue, and there is a danger that both the countries might engaged in a deadly war with each other. These problems have diverted both the governments and they are spending national budget like idiots on the defense sector. And due to such practices both are victimized by the imperialistic policies of the international imperial, who is making its most from the problems of others. Dear chairman, I want to present few details in front of the entire member present here! Pakistan is divided into two parts and there is approximately a distance of 1500 miles between the two parts, which lies in the territory of India. Before partition, East Pakistan consists of province of Bengal and district of Assam. Its area is 53920 sq: mile sans its population is about 41930,000. Part of Punjab before partition, sindh, N.W.F.P and Baluchistan and few Indian states joined to form Pakistan. Its area is about 310298 sq: miles and its population are about 33710000. 52% of population is dependent on agriculture and live in mud huts. 88% population is uneducated. There are 3461870 students in primary, 1014347 in secondary and 40127 in colleges. We have only 1 doctor for a population of 80,000 people. We have only 10, 00 km of roads and 4000 km of railway line 364218 sdq: miles territory. The monthly income of our people is about 4rupees. We have at least 10 million people without their permanent shelter. Respected chairman! English handed over all the powers to the largest Muslim representing party “Muslim league" and still it is in their hands. More than five have spent neither we have constitution nor assembly yet. Rulers of Muslim think that the all Muslims of the world are a single nation on religious faith and god has given them a mission to rule the world. Beside the two ideologies of industrialism and socialism there is a third ideology of Islam rendering internal importance. Keeping this, Pakistan assembly has passed a resolution that, = where based on the principles of democracy, independence, equality, brotherhood and social justice prescribed by the Islam. = Muslims would be given opportunities so that they can individually or collectively lead their lives according to the teachings of Islam prescribed in the light of Quran and sunned. = where proper arrangements will be done for the minorities so that they can preach their religion and promote their cultures. = those areas which are included in the Pakistan and those which will be, will constitute such a federal centre in which its units would be sovereign but their authorities will have restrictions which will be decided with time. = where there will be protection of basic rights. at present, Pakistan is in the hands of such people which believe in secular democracy of English but the principle on which Pakistan was based, the principles on which Muslims were declared as separate nation and in addition the context of resolution, has created such group of people within and outside the Muslim league which are emphasizing the governing authorities to practice those policies which eventually result in the creation of theocratic state and the wars with the India. it cant be denied that those fascist group are not successful yet and the authorities haven’t bowed against such policies. There is no doubt that the people on the both sides of the boundaries are not happy with the increasing misunderstanding and controversies due to rise in unemployment and the poverty rate and the ignorance of the people. There are many people which are not satisfied by the steps taken by the government. There are possibilities that throe fascist and semi religious group may make the most of this situation and may come in the governing sphere. It means that we would be moving backwards rather than progress. those who take the advantage in the name of religion, most of them belong to the ideology that principles and methods of law and justice by the roman and English American type must be subsided and the outdated and ancient system be adopted in which hands are cut off of thieves, person faces stoning till death, killing of person which have controversy with religious views. The chains of government would be in the hands so called mullahs and would run according to content of religious books. There will no place for democracy and independence of views in than religious system; they have already announced the unequal distribution of national assets, and class system legal. They want to abolish all the present courts. Banks will be closed up. They will talk about jihad and Muslim society will be converted into scientists. All those strategies and policies which are encouraging for pan Islamism and unity in the central east are basically fulfilling the wishes of those religious factions which in turn are harming our integrity. We all know that there are some factors on international level which are going to use Muslims and Muslim countries in that upcoming war, which in their view is (eventual) but is somewhat necessary for their vast red interests to come true. I have to say with grief that the leaders of the Muslim world are used for that purpose that has dominance over the policies and the economics in the Muslims countries. As I have mentioned earlier that the government authorities of our state have not bowed yet in front of those religious factions but there is fear that by the demand of pan Islamism and by passing resolution those religious factions may become dominant over authorities and make their dreams come true. Respected chairman! The aim of this conference is to promote peace in the world. I would like to say especially to ambassadors of Britain and America that the policies of policies of British and American government are filled with those intensions to unite Muslims countries on the philosophy of those so called religious factions. They must know that they are promoting religious intolerance, scientist and extreme environment due to supervision of the powers. But it is that supervision due to which the countries of central east are moving back day by day from democracy and organized society. It is so disappointing that there are Muslim countries, selling their ports for the forces of those imperial powers. It is not very difficult to percept that what will be the result of such agreements of government. Those states will eventually loose their modernity by arriving the forces of those imperial powers. It is the state of guilt that our government of state is compromising with national pride. Ladies and gentlemen! It can be concluded that our leaders doesn’t permit us to have the right of expression, especially opposition, within the limits of constitution and country. And people are sent to jail who have an opposite views and ideas, to those of leaders and religious factions. The best example to quote here are abdul ghaffar khan of N.W.F.P and abdul samad Kahn achakzai of balochistan which are sentenced to jail since last 5 years without any trial. President and other fellows! I would like to recall you that there are people who stood ahead against English imperial and were the leaders of war of independence but they are still tortured. Our country is going through its hard time of life and we are in need of harmony and help of peaceful nations. I would request all delegates of this conference to help us in order to stand against the dark era of those religious factions.
