Arbab Noor Muhammad Palijo
He was born in 1915 at Banu (Thatta). He got his primary education from his village and then from Sindh Madrasah Karachi. He started politics on the platform of Indian National Congress in school life in 1931. He had worn handmade clothes. He opened a public library in his village in 1934. In the election of 1937 he supported the Congress and United Party’s candidates. He joined Sindh hari Committee in 1937. He was elected as a president of Congress Committee banu in 1937 and Central General Secretary of Sindh Hari Committee in 1938. He Arranged Congress Conference at Banu in 1939. He was elected as a Chairman of Sanitary Committee banu in 1945 for 15 years. He was elected as a member of District Local Board Karachi in 1945, then Thatta District for 13 years. He was fond of Hunting, music and reading literature. He was progressive minded. He had a good personal library. His son Abdul Haie is a good writer. He was founder member of Bazm-e-Sofia Sindh".
Wadero malh khan palari
Sain G.M sayad was aprominent personality of dadu district. There fore he had political and social cotects in thano boola khan.
Sayad had also nearest relations with wadero malh khan palari of sarri in the elections of 1946, wadero malh khan palari was the only supporter or sayad in the kohistan area. He also supported sayad in the elections of 1970.
Malh khan remained close to sain G.M sayad till the end. Now he has also same relations with the Descendents of sain G.M sayad now his age is 110 years. His intellectual son wadero Dur Muhammad is well known book lover and has a good collection of books.
Agha Ghulam Nabi Pathan
He was born in September 1915 at Sultan Kot (Shikarpur). He did his matriculation and graduation from Ali Garh, and then he joined law education but rusticated due to political activities. He joined Muslim League in August 1938. He took part in struggle of manzilgah movement. He was arrested with Sayed and sent to Hyderabad prison for 2 months. He was elected as a General Secretary of Muslim League Sindh. He was elected as a member of Sindh Assembly on plateform of Muslim League in January 1950. When Khuhro's government dismissed on the matter of Karachi, he was arrested. He became Minister for short time in Pir's Cabinet and 2nd time in Khuhro's Cabinet. He remained as an independent member in West Pakistan Assembly. Then he was elected as a minister. He was member of "Anti One Unit Front" in 1958.
Begum Tahira Agha
She was born on 15 July 1918. She was elected on the plateform of Muslim League for Sindh Assembly in 1953. She was elected as a member of West Pakistan Assembly from Hyderabad in 1956. She was active in Social Activities. She worked for restoration of immigrants, worked in women's welfare Association, All India Muslim League Women wing, girls guide. District education advisory board Hyderabad etc.
Bhagat Naru Mall
He was born in 1889 at Thano Ahmed Khan (Kohistan). He was mystic minded from childhood. He was good musician, and then he shifted to Thano Bula Khan. He was well known all over Sindh. He died on 16 December 1966.
Dr. Tillumal Dherwani
He was born on 1st March 1899 in Sann. He got his primary education in his own village. He started Business, Jawa, Samatra and Singapore and then came back to Sann. He was active in Congress in 1928. He was arrested during, the "salt March campaign". He shifted to Karachi in 1930 and established chains of free welfare clinics in Karachi. During Second World War he organized a "Servants of mother land, volunteerly worked in railway bogies. He organized a medical factory. He had close relations with Sayed. He supported Sayed during running of "Qurbani" newspaper. Also supported Sayed in different elections. He was arrested on 13 September 1948 under an illegation. After releasing from prison, he came back to Sann and opened a hospital. In 1954 he was again arrested for short time. He died on 16 April 1961. Union Council Sann has established a library and market in his Memory.
Mian Abdul Latif Bhatti
He was born in 1874 A.D at Halla. He got Persian and Arabic education from Hala. He was a religious man. He was expert in traditional medicine and did practice free of cost. He died on 8 March 1919.
Mian Muhammad Amin Khoso
He was born on 11 December 1913 near Thull (Jacobabad). He got matriculation from Jacobabad in 1928 and passed graduation from Aligarh. In 1933 He admitted in law but was resticated and then came back to home. In Aligarh he met with Dr. Muhammad Iqbal and Nawab M.Ismail. He became member of Sindh Assembly in March 1938 from Jacobabad. He was associated with Moulana Ubaidullah Sindhi. He attended the Conference of Muslim Nationalist in Delhi in 1940, Presided by Allah Bux Soomro. He was member of Sindh Assembly up to 1945. He met with Sayed in 1938 and then became his close friend. He was nationalist and Congressy. He made a long lived relation with Sayed. "Waajat Veragaien Ja" is the collection of his corresponding with Sayed. He also wrote biography of Sayed.
Moulana Abdul Karim Chusthi
He was born in 1898 at Shikarpur. He got Sindhi, Arabic, and Persian and Urdu education till 1918. He joined Home role League in 1918. Then he joined Indian National Congress. He participated in Khilafat Movement and then in Non-Cooperative Movement and Civil disobedience Movement and he arrested for 3 times. Then he was active in "Jamiat Ulmai Hind". He established "Anjuman Ishaat Islam" in 1924. He started "Sadaqut" paper from Jacobabad in August 1927.He was selected as a Vice President of "Sindh Khilafat. Committee and "Azad Quomi Party". He also participated in local politics and remained as a Vice President of Shikarpur municipality for 3 years. He also remained member of many other organisations. He was a good writer. He wrote 55 books and Magazines. He met with Sayed in 1929. He also participated with Sayed in his social activities.He died on 31 March 1964.
Malik Sobedar Khan (Third)
He was born in the home of Malik Sardar Khan (Second) at Thano Ahmed Khan (Kohistan) Malik's were called Jams in different parts, they are awarded Malik by their caste is “Nuhrio”, then “nomrio” and new called “Burfat”. He was Sardar of his tribe. He had powers of first class magistrate in British Government. He died in 1341 Hijri.
Pir Muhammad Baker Shah Jilani
He was born at Thano Bula Khan (Kohistan). He was mystic, social activist. His followers are living in Kohistan and in its Surroundings. He died at the age of 90 and buried at Thano Bula Khan.
Shah Muhammad (Nabina) Bikak
This great musician of Sindh was originally from Sarri Kohistan but lived near Mirpur Bathoro (Thatta). He was blind since child hood. He taught to sing "Narr". He was famous musical expert of Sindh at that time. "I got his narr first time from bazaar for him, this said by Wadero Malh Khan Palari (120 years old pioneer of Kohistan). He was close to Sayed. Sayed was impressed by him and Bhagat Kanwar too much. He died and buried near Mirpur Bathoro. Sayed started to celebrate his anniversary and mela at his grave. He presided one the Abadi Conference on the mella too.
Sayed Shamsuddin Shah
He was born in December at Hingora (Ghotki). He was young advocate, progressive minded and Nationalist. He had a good selection of books. He got his graduation from D.J. College Karachi in 1941 and did L.L.B in 1943. He joined Khaksar Movement in 1937 Arrested in 1940. He joined Sindh Hari Committee with Comrade Hyder Bux Jatoi. He started weekly "Roshni" from Sukkur. He was with Sayed in every political party after patrician. He was also elected as a member of District Local Board Sukkur and also remained as aVice President.
Sardar Imam Bux Khan Jatoi
He was born near "Nepairabad" near Shikarpur in 1871. He got Sindhi education locally. He was awarded "Khan Sahib" and then "Khan Bahadur" by British Government. He got powers of first class Magistrate from 1911 to 1930. In politics he was with Shaheed Allah Bux Soomro. He met Sayed during election campeign at Shikarpur. He died on 2 June 1956.
Seth Pertab Rai
He was born in September 1894 at Mirpur Khas. He was elected as a president of Municipality in 1928. He was elected as a member of Sindh Assembly in January 1937 and continuously in the elections of 1945, 1946 too, and remained as a member of Assembly till 1952. He was closed to Sayed. He died on 13 December 1965.
